1. About us
akashastore.com ("AKASHA", "we", "us") is operated by Boldpath Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Cosmetic use and safety
AKASHA products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about results, such as brighter or more even-looking skin, refer to cosmetic appearance. Individual results vary.
Patch test on a small area before first use. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburned skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Stop use if redness, stinging or irritation occurs, and consult a doctor if it persists. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care or have a skin condition, check with your healthcare provider before use. Use sunscreen daily when using exfoliating products. Keep out of reach of children.
Please review the ingredient list before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies.

4. Reviews and images
Customer reviews reflect the individual experiences of buyers of this product and are not a guarantee of results. Images on this site are for illustration purposes.

5. Orders, pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Launch prices and bundle discounts may change or end at any time and apply only as shown at checkout. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping and refunds
Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Boldpath Commerce LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boldpath Commerce LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
